Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your bat arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned bat and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your bat for a different model or size, please reach out to our team. We will do our best to facilitate the exchange process.
